Preface/Scope

Our Mission is to make Fastening Products the preferred, complete turnkey source that manufactures and distributes both ferrous and non-ferrous threaded fasteners and machined parts to the Power Generation, Mass Transportation, and the Defense Industries. We specialize in manufacturing to your requirements. We are committed to meeting your needs with full quality assurance capabilities.

Scope of Registration

Our scope of registration is the precision machining of and the distribution of threaded and non-threaded ferrous and non-ferrous fasteners. Capabilities include manufacturing to special customer requirements, industry standards or combined applications.

To manage our processes and our ability to provide services that meet our customers’ needs, the Quality Assurance procedures were established to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Standard. We have implemented a quality management system per the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Quality Management System Scope

The scope of our Quality management system includes measuring and monitoring of our products/processes, measuring and monitoring customer satisfaction, applying continual improvement activities while preventing nonconformity occurrences.

Quality Policy Statement

FPC has adopted a total quality policy that applies to our products and our services. We are committed to meeting and exceeding our customers’ needs by providing quality machined products and service in a timely manner. In order to achieve this goal, we have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 standard as a basis for ongoing quality improvement
